Return, Exchange & Refund Policies and Care Guide
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
We accept returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g. wrong item sent).
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and include clear photos of the issue. Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags still attached
- Not sprayed with perfume or showing signs of use
Approved returns will be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
- We accept size or item exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To qualify:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs related to the exchange.
Please note:
- All items are ready-to-wear and made as-is. We do not offer alterations or customisations.
- We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
- Once an order has been placed and the payment has been made, we are unable to cancel the order. We strive to process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery to our customers.
Refunds
- If your item is approved for return due to a defect or error, you may request a refund - refund are only done via bank transfer or Fawran
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds are not issued for:
- Size-related returns (we offer exchanges instead)
- Items worn, washed, or returned without original tags
